After you fill up your event or distance book, make a copy and mail the original to AVA.  They will process it, and send back your award incentives.  You do not have to be a member of AVA to join the East Tennessee Wanderers (ETW), or to earn kudos for your distance/event books from AVA.  

Note:  There is also the possibility of sending your finished book electronically.  Please call 210-659-2112 for details and ask for Karen Winkle.
